what's the minimum order?
100 units per SKU. If you want to mix SKUs, that's negotiable above 500 total units. Sample orders have no minimum you pay cost plus courier, and we get samples out in 72 hours.
Do you send actual lab reports or just a certificate of conformance?
Actual third-party lab reports from SGS or TÜV SÜD not internal certs. Reports cover copper purity (up to 99.5%), lead (Pb), and cadmium (Cd) migration tested to US and EU standards. If you need a broader heavy metal panel, we can arrange that too.
How long does production take?
21–28 working days from confirmed order and 30% advance. We send QC photos before dispatch, not after. If you're on a tight timeline, get in touch some SKUs at 500+ units can be expedited.
What are the payment terms?
30% advance on proforma invoice, 70% before dispatch. Wire transfer (TT) standard. For repeat buyers, terms can flex we're not rigid about it once there's history.
Can you do my logo and custom packaging?
Yes. Logo embossing on bottles and mugs, custom insert box, printed sleeve packaging, and in-box purity certs. Custom packaging typically starts at 500 units per SKU. Custom samples take 7–10 working days.
What shipping terms do you work on?
FOB Mumbai (JNPT) is standard. CIF and EXW available on request. We prepare full export documentation commercial invoice, packing list, COO, lab reports for US, EU, and GCC importer workflows.
How do I know it's actually 99.5% copper and not plated or blended?
Third-party lab. Every production batch is available for SGS or TÜV SÜD verification purity, Pb, Cd. You can also arrange independent inspection at the factory before dispatch if you want eyes on the floor. We welcome it.
Is packaging ready for Amazon FBA?
Yes. Units are individually boxed, poly-bagged where Amazon requires, and packed to FC handling standards. We apply FNSKU labels at the factory. Lab reports for listing compliance are available US Amazon sellers are already using them successfully.
