These Terms govern your use of metamash.co, operated by Metamash Private Limited (“Metamash”, “we”, “our”). By using this website you agree to these Terms. This site is for B2B use only.

1. Permitted Use

• Use this website to evaluate Metamash as a supply partner and submit trade enquiries
• Do not use it for unlawful purposes, scraping, or impersonation

2. Enquiries and Quotations

Submitting an enquiry form is not a binding order. Any quotation issued by Metamash is:

• Valid for 7 calendar days from issue, unless stated otherwise in writing
• Subject to material availability and production capacity
• Not binding until a signed proforma invoice and advance payment are received

Metamash may decline any enquiry at its discretion without providing reasons.

3. Supply Contracts

Actual supply of goods is governed by a separate Proforma Invoice or Supply Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the agreement prevails.

Standard payment terms (unless otherwise agreed in writing): 30% advance on order confirmation; 70% balance before dispatch.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content — name, logo, product images, copy, and documentation — is the property of Metamash Private Limited. You may not reproduce or distribute it without prior written consent.

5. Product Information

Specifications, MOQs, lead times, and certification claims on this website are indicative only. Binding specifications are those confirmed in a signed Proforma Invoice. Images are representative.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Metamash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website
• Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by you to Metamash in the preceding 12 months, or INR 10,000, whichever is lower
• We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website availability

7. Export Compliance

All goods are subject to Indian export regulations (DGFT, RBI). Buyers are responsible for import compliance in their jurisdiction, including licensing, duties, and labelling. Metamash is not liable for goods detained due to the buyer’s non-compliance.

8. Confidentiality

Pricing, specifications, lab reports, and process documentation shared by Metamash are provided in confidence. You agree not to share this information with competitors or use it outside the context of evaluating or executing a supply relationship with Metamash.

9. Force Majeure

Metamash is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, labour strikes, government actions, or raw material supply failures.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes are first subject to good-faith negotiation (30 days). Unresolved disputes go to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, in English.

11. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
